The Perfect Hair Accessories

All of a sudden, wearing hair accessories is the “in thing” and I like it!!! Let’s take a look at this, shall we.  We are sure to wear the right jewelry, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc. We are sure to wear the right shoes and carry the right bag, but what about our hair?? Why do we leave out our hair? Our hair needs to be accessorized as well! When all of these fun accessories for your hair became popular, I was so excited!!!

When I was in middle school, ribbon barrettes were the “in thing” for hair. I would get kits and I would buy the barrettes and the skinny ribbon and go to town. If I wanted to get a little crazy, I might add beads to my ribbon. I bought all different colors and made tons and tons of these barrettes. I swear I had a pair to match every outfit I wore. So, I have been a fan of hair accessories for a very long time.

I have started eating clean this week. And I mean clean. I have quit eating sugar, well most sugar and no Diet Cokes! I have felt like I was dying! When people tell you that the withdrawals from sugar and all of these other toxins is like drugs, I have to say it could be true. Now, I have never had to withdrawal from drugs, but I feel like this might have been close. I was literally sick with flu-like symptoms! They were so bad, I cannot imagine how toxic these items are for my body! One good thing is that I have slept really good and today was the first day I actually felt more energetic! So, I guess it has been good!
