Shirt Dress Provides a Classic Look

I have always liked shirt dresses. I feel as if they can be dressed up or down. When the weather is warmer, they are perfect with casual shoes and when it is cooler, you can layer them up with tights or leggings. 

I used to think a shirt dress was a little stuffy, but then I realized what they can do for your wardrobe! I also like to accessorize mine with a cute fur jacket and some fun statement jewelry. These things can totally take the look and feel of a stuffy shirt dress to a much different look. 

I got this shirt dress from Old Navy. They have quite a few styles for this year. Theirs seem to fit a little large, so you might want to size down when ordering. Target also has quite a few that are so fun and stylish, including a fantastic leopard print! There are just so many fun ways to wear these fantastic dresses!

It has rained nonstop here. Whether it is an absolute downpour to a slight drizzle, it has been dreary and wet and cold. This is not exactly the most uplifting weather. It has been even harder to get into the Christmas spirit. The last thing I have wanted to do is leave the house, ugh!!!

While I have been locked in my house, I have done the unthinkable!!! I have ventured away from my Hallmark Christmas movies! Crazy, I know! I have turned into Lifetime, American Movie Classics, ION and even Netflix!!! I have caught some fantastic Christmas movies!!! If you have not watched the Christmas Chronicles on Netflix, be sure to tune in soon and see what everyone is talking about, you will not be disappointed! This is the perfect Christmas movie!
