Loft Dresses and Diet Coke

I love dresses for the spring/summer. I came across this great dress from Loft. It has the cute, puffy sleeves and is the basic shift style. I love that it has a tweed look with different colors woven in. With all of the different colors, I pulled the pink out. I think we all know that I just love pink, so when I was trying to figure out how to accessorize this dress and I was looking at the interwoven colors, the pink just stood out to me. This dress is fits a little large and if I had to do over again, I would size down and it is 40% off right now!
These shoes are kitten heels. I love kitten heels because they give you a little bit of a heel, which is good for my old and aching feet! I just cannot wear the high heels as much anymore, so I do have a couple pairs of these kitten heels and I wear them quite often. I got these from J Crew a couple of years ago, but I have linked similar pairs to look at.
This purse! What can I say about this purse? I love it and it is the hot look of straw bags this year. I have seen these bags at all different stores, but the price was a little high, so I checked out Etsy. There are several there and I found this one, which was less than $25!!! This is a basic straw bag, no lining, no pockets, but I think it is perfect for a night out or just a fun summer bag. I decided to accent my bag with a fun scarf! I found this one at Loft, but it is sold out. I have linked a similar one from Ann Taylor. Both Loft and Ann Taylor have a lot of fun scarves that can add just a pop to any outfit or accessory, so check them out.
My last favorite accessory is Diet Coke. I love Diet Coke so much! Yes, I have read all about how bad it is for you, but I have been drinking it for over, well, for a long time, and I am just fine! Diet Coke came out with these four fun flavors and I am in love with two of them!!! The one in this picture is ginger lime and it has that lime taste with the kick of the ginger. I also like the spicy blood orange. It has the citrus taste of the orange with a little spice to it. These flavors are so refreshing and I just cannot get enough of them. The cans are sleek and silver with a touch of color, perfect to go with your favorite spring/summer outfit.
This has been a long week! I have had a lot going on and am just worn out! Jane Goodall came and spoke at our campus and she was so good. She is a great speaker with much to say and she has done so many great things in the world to help make it a better place! I hope that you all are having a great week.
