Halloween Decorating for your Bar Cart
It is that time of year. The time of year when the holidays seem to back right into each other. It can get so easy to leave a holiday out and stroll right into the big one. You know the one I am talking about, Christmas! However, I love to decorate for Halloween and then by the time it rolls around, I am ready to decorate for Christmas. This bar cart is the perfect item to help me to get into the holiday spirit. I can add so many decorations to it to make it a holiday decor centerpiece.
Most of the decorations I have here are actually from the Dollar Tree. I go there right at the beginning of the holiday season and I can get fun items like the wine glasses, plastic cups and the paper straws. The rest of it I pick up here and there. I go into Target and Walmart and if I see something, I pick it up.
I have topped off my decor with this fantastic candle from Oliver Henry Candle, co. This candle is the epitome of the season. You light it and your house smells like apples and cinnamon and hayrides and fall days. I love to light it and let the scent just overtake my house. It feels just like fall.
The pumpkins underneath are large confetti from Walmart. There were all different kinds like cats and bats, but I just thought the pumpkins were so festive. I used an old cut glass punchbowl and filled it with miniature pumpkins of all different colors.
This is literally the best time of the year. It is so festive and it is almost like it is a time full of hope. A time when those dreams can really come true.
