Big Mac in a Bowl
I love the Big Mac sandwich, but eating fast food is not my friend!! It is just full of all of the bad things. When I saw this recipe for a Big Mac in a bowl, I was excited. I knew that I could enjoy the taste of the Big Mac without the carbs and sodium and everything else that is horrible for you! I am going to share my recipe with you, so enjoy!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
Ground beef, I used ground sirloin because I wanted the leanest meat available
Onion
Garlic Seasoning
Low Fat or Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sliced Dill Pickles
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Ketchup
1/3 C Relish – I used Wickles for a kick!
Lettuce
Step 1 – Brown the ground beef. I also put some onion and garlic seasoning in there to give it some flavor. You do not have to do that, I just feel that it needs seasoning
Step 2 – Drain off the fat once the meat is completely browned
Step 3 – Prepare the dressing, which is ketchup, mayonnaise and the relish or you can use Thousand Island already made. I used 1/2 C mayonnaise, 1/3 C ketchup and 1/3 C Wickles relish and just mixed it to taste!
Step 4 – Eat up! I put the lettuce in the bowl, then some cheese, then the ground meat and onion and then more cheese and then the dill pickle and dressing.
