Who What Wear Style from Target

Shoes: Gianni Bini (Similar) | Dress: Who What Wear | Sweater: Target | Purse: Cult Gaia | Scarf: Ann Taylor | Earrings: J Crew

I like to pick a basic dress, like this one and dress it up. We all know the basic way to wear the dress and it can be worn quite conservatively with either tan or white shoes and accessories or you can do what I did and bring in different colors. By the way, did I mention I got this dress at Target??? The first thing I did with this dress was pick out the shoes. I decided that once I picked out the shoes, I could then go from there. I looked at my shoe collection, which is quite extensive and found these and thought they would be perfect! I knew I had to add something else, so I started looking through my closet and found this cardigan and knew that would be so pretty with it. Kind of like sunshine in a blue sky. When you look at the shoes, there are many colors you could bring out and they would look great with that blue dress, but I opted for the yellow and pink.

The bag has become the classic spring/summer bag. It is great for a fun night out and then add a pretty scarf to it and you are ready to go. The bag is Cult Gaia and they have different styles and different colors to add to your spring/summer bag collection also.

I love a statement earring, I think we all know! These earrings are just precious and bring out more of the yellow. They are from J Crew and are sold out, but I have linked some other super cute yellow ones to look at!

So, how else would I style this? Many ways! For starters, I might mix up the colors, like a hot pink cardigan with accessories. Or what about red? A red cardigan with accessories!!! The sky is the limit!! Did I mention this dress also comes in black??!!! You could also wear it without a cardigan. It has good straps and a flattering neckline. I was a little unsure of this dress when I first saw it at Target, but when I put it on, it was way more flattering than I imagined. And it fits true to size!

It is Wednesday and I am starting a full time job with the Alabama Virtual School as a High School Special Ed teacher. Yes, I will still have the blog and teach part time at Auburn, but I needed something full time and steady and this is it! I am super excited, but overwhelmed at the same time! There is a lot of paperwork!!! I can’t wait to see how God uses me with these kids in this different type of environment. Hope everyone has had a great week so far!! I am going to link some of my favorite separates to style with this dress!!!
