Trendy Maxi Dresses from Overseas Boutique

I am in love with this pink maxi dress. And you are never going to guess where I got it…..

We have all done it. You know, you are scrolling through Facebook or Instagram and up pops this ad for a great dress. The model is of course a size 2 and could probably wear a paper sack and look good and the price is oh so fantastic. The colors are fun and on-trend and you just know you are meant to have this dress. So you take a chance and order it, from overseas, only to receive it in the mail and it looks and fits nothing like that picture.

Well, I took a chance and it paid off! I saw the ad, the price was fab and I just knew that this pink maxi dress was going to be mine. Of course, I failed to mention that I bought two maxi dresses and the other one, well, let’s just say, I will not be wearing it!

Maxi dresses are so fun and they can be so stylish. However, the ones that have a fun pattern like this one and are in bright colors are typically the best. Now, let me warn you, the material is different. It is kind of a parachute-type material. I have washed it, so it holds up well, the fabric is just different. The fit is good, of course with a maxi, how bad can it be??!!! The only thing I don’t like is that in the picture, the seam around the bust fell below the bust and in the real thing, it hits right at the middle, so that can make you look a little top heavy!
