So, today was a long day of work!! It is the end of the year and it is crazier than ever. Trying to get students in for tutoring, helping them with their work. It is just a whole lot!!!

I know that I have talked about this before, but working from home can be hard and a typical Monday for me is that I really don’t leave the house. I usually have so many papers to grade and paperwork to do that it pretty much takes me all day to get it all done. However, I was able to get outside a couple of times.

I went to spin class at 5:30 and then was in the house all day long. I took my dog for a walk around 4, but then I had to rush home, cook dinner and get right back to work. Ugh!!! I even serenaded my dog at one point! The song “I Get Weak” by Belinda Carlisle came on and I was full on entertainment, to my dog, that is.

So, not only are some days those days I just don’t get dressed, but there are also those days I don’t leave the house! I will say that one thing I manage to do is to find ways to get out of the house. I have to get out after a couple of days, if I don’t, it gets soooo depressing. I know there are some people who would probably love being in their house more often, and don’t get me wrong, I can be a homebody, but I also need some socialization or I start singing, to my dog!

Since I did not get dressed today, yes I am nasty, I am still in my workout clothes! I saw this picture of this dress and I missed the fact that I did not get dressed today. This would be the perfect dress for working from home. It is a loose fitting knit that fits perfectly for working from home and wanting to be comfy. It also has the bright colors that can bring a smile to any face!

I got this dress from the Blue Door Boutique, which is my new favorite online boutique right now. Super cute and affordable! This dress fits true to size. I have on a large and we all know that I am working on my weight right now, so it fits good. I probably could have sized down, but a large kind of fits in all of the right places. I have linked several similar styles for you to look at in different colors and patterns. This is just such a great dress to throw on and go out in and just not worry. You can wear it with fun wedges like I have on or some basic tennis shoes or flats. There are just so many options!!

Anyway, I am looking at my schedule for tomorrow and I am probably not leaving my house tomorrow either! Well, wait a second, I am trying a new pilates gym.
