Polka Dot Dresses are Perfect for Summer

I have such a crush on polka dots for the summer!! This is one of my most favorite prints for the summer. I also love dresses. I love when I wear polka dots that are in navy and white or black and white because I like to add different items to them in like an accent color.

This dress is navy and white and I love to accent navy and white with pink and even red. When I wear red with navy and white, I feel like I am ready for a national holiday. Not that there is anything wrong with that!! I also like pale pink with it and even fuschia is good! They just add something different to the polka dots. You can also keep it neutral and that works also. I just like the color because it is something different.

We are all familiar with the traditional black and white polka dot. That is also fun to add red to or even fuschia. I even saw someone add yellow as an accent to it. There are so many fun ways to change up the look of polka dots and there are even fun colors of polka dots. I have linked some fun styles below, so check them out.

I cannot believe how fast this summer has gone by already! After July 4, it is practically over and you will see back to school everywhere! Teachers start back the last week in July now! Ugh!!! My life will be different, as I won’t be going back to the full time teaching job I had. I have decided to only do it part time. I am actually on a path to turn this blog into full time, so be on the lookout for the changes to come soon!
