This week I have been Christmas shopping. The sad thing is, I like to Christmas shop for myself also! I try so hard not to buy things for me and to kind of take a break from spending, but I see so many great things and this time of year and the sales are perfect for me to snatch everything, well almost everything, up!
I do like to order a great deal online, but I also like to shop local. There is just something about the hustle and bustle and everyone running around that really puts me in the Christmas spirit.
I know a lot of people hate it, but I like to make a couple of trips out in town to do some shopping and just listen to the music and look at the lights. My old favorite songs come on and there is just something about the holidays.
One thing I discovered this past week was from Beauty Counter. It is called tint skin hydration. I like it because I do not like a thick and heavy foundation. The one thing I have been blessed with is good skin, so anything too heavy is just not for me. It evens out my skin tone and covers my imperfections. It also contains a great product that helps to moisturize my skin, which is perfect because we all know that without moisture, skin shows wrinkles much more than it would if it were moisturized! It also comes in 10 different shades, so there is one for every skin tone out there.
