Three Different Ways to Wear a T-Shirt Dress
One of the easiest things to wear in the summer is a t-shirt dress. It is so versatile and there are so many ways to dress it up or down. Before I get to these different ways of styling, I almost broke my neck today!!! I am being so serious!!!
Here is what happened. I was at a photoshoot and of course the place I picked did not have any smooth ground and I decided to wear heels and wedges! Ugh!!! What was I thinking!!! So, anyway, my wedges are sky high and actually to wear them requires quite the balancing act. I was walking and I lost my footing! My feet began to turn and I lost my balance!!! I kept trying to catch myself and I ended up in a grassy area and just fell face first!!! OMG!!!!!
My photographer was trying not to laugh, and quite honestly, so was I. Noone saw and my pride took a complete nosedive! We decided after a couple of pics, it was best to take off the shoes and take a few barefoot shots! Nothing like living dangerously for that perfect shot!!!
So, back to my t shirt dress and its styling. It is so comfy, like yoga pants in a dress!! I like to just toss mine on with a chambray shirt or denim jacket or even a camouflage one. With either of these, I opt for sandals or tennis shoes, some cute, casual bag and jewelry. I am ready to go run errands or grab lunch with my friends.
The next look with this dress is a dressier one. I like to get a fun kimono or duster full of color and pair it with some fun heels and accessories. Quite honestly, this is one dress you can take from day to night with ease. Just change up your accessories, toss on a different jacket and you are ready to go.
