I got out of my uniform!!!

Working from home is definitely not what I thought it would be. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am totally in it for the long haul, meaning I don’t think I will ever be able to work at a traditional job, but it sure is not what I envisioned.

You see, I thought I would get up everyday as if I were leaving the house. I would get up and get ready and be in front of the computer all fresh and clean with my hair perfect and my makeup just so. That lasted a week. One whole week and then workout clothes are pretty much all I wear.

I do have somewhat of a routine, but that does not consist of getting dressed and ready. If I have somewhere to go, I get dressed. If I have something to do at night, I get ready throughout the day. So for the most part, I live in my workout clothes and that is about it!

Today, I got dressed! I got dressed to shoot these pictures. One thing about getting dressed, I realized I have such great clothes!!! I actually missed my clothes. I missed putting outfits together each day, but then again, that is one of the reasons I started this blog.

When I am having a casual day, I love a graphic tee with jeans. I just think you can do so much with graphic tees and mix and match them so many different ways. If the weather is cool, I like to toss on a duster like this one. They are so fun and also add so much to any outfit. I got this one at one of my favorite boutiques here in Auburn called Fabrik. It has some of the cutest clothes that are perfect for mixing and matching. And of course, this one is pink, so there you go.

It is such a struggle to have all of the cute clothes that I do and not wear them as much as I hoped, but I would not give up my working from home for anything. I love having my freedom and in a couple of months, there are some big things in store for this blog! I get so excited just thinking about it!!!

I hope that everyone has had a great Monday!!! My spring break starts Friday and I cannot wait!!! I will be catching up on much needed sleep and just enjoying life for the week before the big push to the end of the year!!! So, Later!!!
