Many of you might never have heard of Boden. I cannot tell you enough about this great company out of England. Their customer service is superior.  One time I had ordered several items and the driver who delivered them left the package outside. I was living at my parents at the time, who have two outside dogs. My mom had called me at work and said she found my sweater outside and wanted me to know. I started thinking that I had not worn a sweater and I remembered the clothes that were coming. I panicked and asked her to look around for the rest of the shipment. Sure enough, she found them scattered all over the yard, the dogs had gotten to the package. When I got home, only one of the items was damaged, the rest were just dirty. I called the company and explained what had happened. They not only offered to replace the damaged item for free, but the whole shipment. I assured them that I only needed the one item replaced and offered to send back the damaged one. They told me not to worry about it and I received the new item. That just shows you how great their customer service is. They are a great company with some of the cutest clothes around, so take a look at their site!
