Different Work from Home Jobs Where you Can Earn $20 an Hour
When you first start working from home, you might notice many different jobs out there, lots of them are customer service. While it is great being able to work from home, you save money on various things, such as gas for your car, lunches out instead of packing, even work clothes, you still need to make a good living. This means that you need to know where to look, besides my weekly leads, to find good-paying jobs.
I have found 8 different companies where you can earn at least $20 an hour working from home:
VIP Kid – this is an online learning platform for children and some adults overseas who want to learn the English language. You can create your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. Since these are overseas, the time difference means you will work more in the morning, so keep that in mind. You must have a four-year degree, two years of experience, and be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
Manhattan Prep – they hire online tutors for various tests such as the GMAT, LSAT, and GRE exams. They provide the curriculum and you have the freedom to fit it for your students and teaching style. You can earn upwards of $106 – $116 per hour plus end-of-year bonuses. You don’t even have to work more than 3 hours per week if you want.
Working Solutions – they hire independent contractors to perform customer care and data entry jobs remotely. They offer steady, flexible work with training and support. Most projects vary in compensation, but you can earn from $15 – $20 per hour.
Customer Advocate, Engineering, and Marketing jobs with Buffer – Buffer is a social media tool. The company provides lots of great benefits, such as 401K and health insurance. They are hiring quite often and provide salary information on their page.
Carenet Remote Nursing – If you are a registered nurse with three years of experience and reside in the US, this is the company for you. It is full-time and requires 2-3 weeks of training. You will communicate with patients online and over the phone.
Rev – is a company that provides transcription, subtitling, and captioning services. If you are looking to do either one of these full-time, this is a great way to get that experience and even learn so that you can start your own business. The way that they pay, totals up to $20 per hour. You will have to take an English language and grammar quiz when applying, then you will submit a transcription sample and if it passes, you will then be able to start work!
1oup – if you are into web development and engineering, this one is for you. All work is done on your computer, remotely. Pay is great also!
Virtual Office Temps – this is a job board that has various work-from-home opportunities for virtual assistants. If you are interested in doing work such as general VA work, administrative and clerical duties, medical transcriptionists, social media, and more. Be sure to register online!
Working from home is great and offers some great benefits. These jobs are a great place to start. You do have to have certain qualifications, but now is just as good a time as any to look at what you have and look at what you need, and start the process!
Later!
