Great Side Hustles to Earn at Least $1000 Per Month
If you don’t know by now, I have a work from home jobs list that I send out once a week. This is for people who are looking for full time, however, some of them could be part-time as well. I have been looking around and most recently got a request for side hustles.
What is a side hustle??? A side hustle is something you do on the side while working your full-time job. It can be either something you hope to pursue full time in the future and that opportunity has not arrived, or it could be something you just want to do part-time to earn extra money. So, today, I am going to give job ideas for side hustles. Some of these you will see in my job leads. I will start to post about them weekly, but wanted to go ahead and just get you familiar with some of the side hustles out there!
Virtual Assistant – In these jobs, you will be an assistant to someone. Most of these jobs start out as part-time and can easily move to full time. These can also turn into great full-time businesses!
Here are two companies that hire remote virtual assistants:
Professional Proofreader – This is something you can do if you love to read and have good grammar and spelling skills. There are classes out there to take and they can help give you credibility.

Bookkeeper – This is like a virtual assistant, however, you won’t do many of those tasks required of an assistant. A bookkeeper does just what it sounds like, keeps track of financial transactions.
Here are two places that hire remote bookkeepers:
Social Media Manager – If you love social media, this job is for you! You will post on certain if not all, social media accounts for the business to drive sales and build a following. It is so fun and something you can get training for if you desire.
Here are two companies that hire virtual social media managers:
Transcription – You can do medical or just regular transcription. Basically, you will listen to recordings and type what is said. It can be harder than it sounds, but once you get the hang of it, it is lots of fun and financially viable.

Freelance Writer – If you love writing, this one is for you. You can write on just about anything! Be sure to have a portfolio of samples that you can share when applying.

Teach English Online – These jobs are growing by leaps and bounds! You will help people foreign to the English language learn how we speak it and what the words mean! Pay is typically pretty good for an hour so it can be rewarding.
