What do Maxi Dresses and Yoga Pants have in Common????

We women just love our yoga pants. Let’s face it, they are so comfy and after a long day at work, they are perfect to change into. Or you can wear them to your workout and just keep them on all day! Or you can just put them on, act like you went to your workout and keep them on all day. See where I am going with this? Anyway, we love them so much that we like to wear them a lot. I have discovered that a maxi dress is pretty similar to yoga pants. They are super comfy and seem to just have a lot of room for you to grow in. I love a good maxi dress and feel that you can actually style it in different ways.

The one I have pictured here is styled more for the fall season and cooler weather. I have tossed on a denim jacket with it and am ready to go. If I took off the denim jacket, I would create a whole new look. I love the look of this maxi dress with the ruffle in the front. It is from a boutique company called Bellamie and I have searched and cannot find this exact style anymore. While I like this one, I would size down, it runs quite large and that makes it have a large amount of fabric which can get bulky.

These shoes are everywhere!! I have seen them all over and I must say that they are the cutest things I have seen. They are from Target and the brand A New Day. They come in a few different color schemes and are comfortable too! These are such a must-have for this season. These earrings are also simple and yet can make a statement. They are from Kate Spade and are super light and perfect. They come in a few different colors, so you can buy some for different outfits.

I live in a college town and am experiencing the calm before the storm. What I mean by that is that most of the college students are gone and life runs at a slower pace in the summer. In about 2-3 weeks, they will be back and along with that will be tons of traffic and long restaurant waits! It sounds miserable, but it is actually a lot of fun! So right now things are pretty quiet around here! Hope everyone had a good Monday!
