When I first heard of Lula Roe, I was intrigued. I was invited to a Facebook party. I went, I was unimpressed, to be honest. I did buy some of the leggings and a dress and I was just not thrilled with the prints. You see, I do like prints, but I feel that Lula Roe has these outlandish prints, that just kind of take me out of my comfort zone. I ended up giving the items to a friend and swearing never to wear it again.
Fast forward several years and my dear friend, Mary Martha Dalrymple, is selling Lula Roe. She is a stylish chic! She always looks great and does a great job with mixing and matching her pieces to create some great looks. She invited me to like her page, which I did, but that was it. Her pictures would pop up in my feed, I would get notices about her being live, but I was just not too interested. Then one Friday night, I was cleaning my house, getting ready for the weekend festivities of a home football game and I took a break and started to scroll Facebook. Mary Martha was live, so I hopped on to see what she was doing. Mary Martha has a fun and bubbly personality and I just needed to see a friendly face and quite possibly find something new to add to my closet.
She began to pull stuff out and it wasn’t as bad as I remembered. Then, she pulled out this incredible camouflage jacket. We all know that camo is hot right now, unless you have been living under a rock! I do have some pants, but never considered a jacket until I saw this one. I immediately jumped on it and purchased it and the top that I am wearing above.
I was eagerly awaiting my shipment, when it finally arrived. I could not wait to see this. As I opened my package, I began to get a little nervous. Would this be just as pretty in person? Lord, I sure hope so! And it sure was! This jacket is great! it is made of a soft and stretchy material that fits like some great pajamas. It is so soft and just perfect to wear with anything. I know that Lula Roe has denim jackets also, so if you get the chance to purchase one, I suggest you do just that.
I was really surprised with my Lula Roe purchase. I knew Lula Roe was famous for its pizza print leggings and other wacky prints, but I had no idea about this. This purchase made me want to give it a second look. They say there is some kind of collection coming out for the holidays with some sparkle and shine. I. cannot. wait!
