The Ultimate Mud Clay Mask

I remember in college, my roommate and I had a ritual we would do every Sunday night. We would call it “beauty night.” We would put deep conditioners in our hair and apply masks and do our nails and then sit on our beds with classical music on and write in our journals. We would light candles and just get ready for our week to start. I have since carried on with this tradition. I try to do it every Sunday night and I always feel that it is the best way to start my week!

Once your face is rinsed clean, you should feel a difference, I know that I do. I always feel so clean and fresh and there is a glow to my skin. Then I like to get a good scrub and rub off the dead skin and any leftover impurities that did not get fully rinsed off. That is the ultimate facial from home!

This mask was touted as one of the best for your skin in terms of really cleaning your pores. I knew when I first read this review, I needed to try this one. I headed over to Amazon and typed in the name and it popped right up. The price on it is even better at less than $12. I could not wait to get it in and try it.

When it arrived, I was a little shocked to see that I had to mix this myself. Why was I in shock? Well, I did not read the description like I was supposed to! No worries here, a little of this powder mixed with white vinegar or water and I was ready to go. I made mine a little thicker because I did not want to take a chance of it running down my face while I was trying to relax. The second I put it on, I felt it working. My skin began to tighten and I could feel it getting deep down into my pores. I waited around 20 minutes and then washed it off with warm water. I actually saw a difference. I not only saw a difference, but I felt one also. My skin just felt and looked so clean and healthy. I was in love!!! This is the perfect addition to my weekly mask routine.
