The Perfect Sequin Maxi Skirt

I am feeling quite festive in this outfit!! I am feeling so festive, that well, there is a story behind this outfit. You see, being a fashion blogger has it funny moments. I had two outfits picked for the photoshoot and it happened to be the hottest and muggiest day of the fall. We get the first outfit done, my hair frizzes up, of course, then it is time for the second.

Let me be honest with  you, I am about to have to change in my car and as I walk towards my car, there is a couple in the car parked right beside mine, well not right beside, but you get the picture. I am changing and I am practically laying in the floorboard. By the time I get my strapless bra on, the sweat is dripping down my face in buckets and my hair, is pretty much drenched.

Now I know that I could have moved my car and why I didn’t do that, I have no clue. I guess I like to torture myself! So, I changed my clothes practically laying down in my car and dripping sweat. By the time we took these pictures, I was miserable! The things we do for a good pic!

I still love this outfit so much!!! I love a velvet cami and give me a sequin maxi skirt any day!! It is a different kind of dressy look that I just cannot get enough of. I got this skirt off of Amazon and it is from overseas. I do love it and it fits very true to size, surprisingly enough! The rest of my outfit is older, but I have linked some fun, similar styles. The stores are not getting their holiday gear out fast enough! That is keeping me from having even more sequins and velvet! Never fear, I will definitely have those items as the holidays draw closer!!!
