Here we are, at the end of 2018. I know that some of you might have had the best years of your lives, but I know plenty, including me, who have had quite the opposite. It has been rough, to say the least. I did see some glimmers of hope towards the end and that actually made me feel good about the new year.

I know that this is the time of year that we get all hung up on resolutions. I know that I have my fair share. Of course, I want to quit eating like a 15 year old! I also want to get more sleep, exercise and just overall take better care of myself. I also have several more, but I plan on going live tomorrow, so I will talk about them at that time.

I do not have any plans for tonight. Now, let me tell you, I could have plans, but I have a great deal that is about to be going on in my life and I know that nights like this will be rare, so I am just going to stay in and do some thinking. I am not going to cry and whine about the past year. I believe I did enough of that during the year. Instead I am going to be positive and hopeful and just eager to begin this new journey of this new year.

If I were going out, it might be some place more casual. In that case, I would wear something similar to what I am wearing here. I would wear a fun, sparkly top with my fantastic Spanx leggings and dress it up with shoes and jewelry. I might wear a dress, but that would depend on where I was going. Nothing is off limits for New Years Eve in my opinion!
