Halloween 2020 Decor
The weather has chilled and I can smell fall in the air. You know the smells I am talking about. The cool weather, the crackling leaves, the faint scent of a fireplace. There are so many yummy smells. I even have my fall candles going. They just smell so divine! I can close my eyes and just smell memories.
Well, I am not the biggest fall decorations fan, so I head straight to Halloween. I just love the colors and I love ghost stories. Not violent ones, but just those that kind of keep you on the edge of your seat. I love thinking about when I was younger and we would go trick or treat in our little neighborhood. We had so much fun!
Anyway, I have linked some fun decorations for you to look at below. I am going, to be honest, I got my decorations here and there and have accumulated many of them over the years. My number one favorite place is Grandin Road. They are not cheap, but if you can catch the decorations on sale, you are doing good.
My tree I got at Dirt Cheap last year. It was only $10. I was lucky that not many people thought about a Halloween tree last year because I walked right in and there actually several there, so I lucked out. The decorations on the tree are from Dollar Tree. They have the ribbon, hat, and the bulbs there, so I was super excited. If you live near a Dollar Tree, be sure to check them out. Target used to be my go-to for decor, but they seem to be skimpy with their Halloween decor, so I have not found anything good there in quite a while.
This is my favorite time of year. It just seems to be the time of year when anything can happen. You know, there is hope in the air. What are some of your favorite holiday decorations? Let me know!
Later!
Kara
