Comfy Clothes in a Comfy Hotel

I am going to my parents for Thanksgiving, but if I had family coming here, I would want them to stay in this fantastic hotel where these pictures were taken. It is called the Collegiate in Auburn, Alabama. It is probably the coolest hotel around. It used to be a dorm and it was mainly for women. Its name was Wittel dorm and it had a great deal of history. I always thought it was such a cool dorm and building and then all of a sudden, we hear that it is being turned into a boutique hotel, complete with a rooftop bar. The rooftop bar has the perfect view of the Auburn campus. On a clear night, when the sky is just so blue and the sun is setting in that orange color, it is just like it was meant to be.

The rooms are perfectly decorated and they are even pet friendly! I would love to come here and stay and be able to bring my furry friend. When you are in the lobby, you can take a look at some old issues of the Glomerata, the official Auburn University yearbook. It just has that cozy feel and so when I went there for a party, I knew it was the perfect place to have my pictures taken. In the lobby, there is also the Wittel bar. It is the perfect setting for a place to come after work and just relax with your girlfriends.

This outfit is perfect for a dressy occasion or for walking from the living room to the kitchen on Thanksgiving. These leggings are from Spanx and are sequin with stretch! I am telling you, perfect to relax and dress up in. I saw this top and just had a vision. I knew it would be the perfect roomy and flowy top and that I could dress it up or down. I have it here with leggings, but can you imagine it with skinny jeans and booties also??!!! Perfect look! I have worn these shoes many times and the sad thing is, they are from last year. I do love to dress up! Lately I feel like I have lived in my workout clothes, so any chance I get to dress up and feel pretty, works for me! This outfit is something I will get a lot of wear out of for both dressy and casual occasions. So be on the lookout, because these leggings will be seen again!
